Bill & Kristi Hinshaw created Trio Design in 2015 as a home renovation and design business. With Kristi's focus more on real estate now, Trio Design has evolved into a creative space for for Kristi to have fun with design. Kristi has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and loves creating beautiful spaces and atmospheres. She currently works for herself and with contractors as she renovates and decorates homes and businesses along with being involved in both residential and commercial real estate. Bill is the data man. He holds a degree in Physics and a masters in Electrical Engineering. While continuing his engineering job, he makes time to study real estate market trends and crunches numbers on potential business opportunities. Together, they love to travel the world and experience other cultures while raising their trio of girls.​ Trio Design focuses primarily in the Dallas, Plano, Richardson, White Rock, Oak Cliff, Murphy, Fairview, Lucas, Mansfield, Sachse and Wylie areas and is insured for all services.
