SCHEDULING SOCIAL MEDIA

Keep A Consistent Posting Schedule

It is important to have a consistent posting schedule with your business page with at least 3-4 posts per week, but preferably 1-3 times per day. If you plan and schedule your content a month at a time, it becomes much more manageable. You can use the free Facebook Creator Studio or other apps, such as Later.com. Another plus is that if your Facebook and Instagram accounts are linked, your posts to each can post simultaneously. I personally use Later.com because it also will post to Twitter simultaneously as well.

I personally highly recommend using a scheduling program to help manage your posting. There are many wonderful companies out there to help with scheduling. Later has a free version to let you test it. You can be free as long as you want to be. When you start posting more, they have budget-friendly packages available according to how many times you post. When I started posting to multiple social media sites, I found it incredibly hard to keep up. I know some people hire out to have others manage their social media. For now, I've been able to handle posting because I can schedule my posts for weeks or months out and just respond timely as people comment. I keep check on it and adjust my posts as needed when things come up in the world.
