ABOUT KRISTI HINSHAW, REALTOR ®
Kristi Hinshaw, REALTOR ® has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and loves creativity whether it's in the beauty of design or the thought-process of business. She works in both residential and commercial real estate with eXp Realty and is a REALTOR® member with NAR. Land and residential are her favorite niches, but she also has experience in probate, office and industrial. Her additional education designations include GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource), NCREA (National Commercial Real Estate Association), and CREIPS (Commercial Real Estate Investment Property Specialist).
Because of Kristi's experience with interior design since 2002, both residential and commercial investments since 2013 and renovation and staging since 2015, when working with clients who are selling a home or land, she can help correctly price and design your property to sell as it stands out among others. When clients are buying a home or commercial property, because of her own involvement with investments, Kristi knows how to negotiate well and can help you visualize the potential a space can have. To keep a hand in design creativity, Kristi currently renovates and decorates homes and businesses as well as draws portraits and paint abstracts. She often has a book open, is kind-of a trivia nerd and loves to travel the world to experience other cultures while raising a trio of girls with her husband, who was one of her best friends in high school. Although a Texas native, she's both an Arkansas and Texas girl at heart having grown up in the twin city of Texarkana on the Arkansas side.
